My name is Louis Fourie.
I’m a father, a son, and someone who refuses to give up on his family.
This is not a charity organisation.
This is not a company.
This is one family asking the world to help carry a load that became too heavy to carry alone.
In the last few years, life changed everything for my family.My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer and is currently undergoing treatment.My mother lives with dementia, a condition that slowly takes pieces of the people you love.
My sister is disabled and depends on family support.In 2023, at the age of 38, I suffered a heart attack.
Doctors later discovered a rare genetic condition that caused dangerously high triglyceride levels, blocking my arteries. I survived — but it changed my life forever.I am now on lifelong medication, carrying both physical limits and financial responsibility.Despite everything, I continue to work, support my parents, protect my children, and keep moving forward — because stopping is not an option when people depend on you.
My children are my world.They are the reason I wake up.The reason I keep fighting.The reason I believe tomorrow must be better than today.Because of circumstances beyond my control, I only get to see them once a year. That separation is one of the hardest things I carry — but my love for them never leaves.Everything I do is for their future.
WHY ONE DOLLAR MATTERSI am not asking for a large donation.I am asking for one dollar.If one million people each give one dollar, it becomes:Medical stability, A safe home for my family , Education security for my children , Transport for work and care , Dignity instead of desperation.One dollar is small alone.Together, it changes everything for my whole family.
Funds raised will be used responsibly for:Medical costs and care ,housing for my family, education and transport for my children, supporting my parents and disabled sister, creating long-term stability through modest property and income planning.This journey will be documented openly.Updates will be shared.Every step will be transparent.
